Challenge

Create a clear shared structure for two user groups with different needs, responsibilities, and paths through the same service.

My Role

I shaped the product concept, mapped the two-sided structure and user journeys, designed the responsive experience, and used Codex to support implementation and iteration.

Reflection

This project demonstrates how I turn a multi-sided service idea into a testable digital structure without overstating its stage.
