Contact details are used to understand the project and reply with a relevant next step.
No database by default
The source project does not store inquiry records unless a launch partner adds a destination.
No newsletter
Submitting the form does not add visitors to marketing emails or automated campaigns.
Who is responsible
Viviane Schickle is responsible for this website and for inquiries sent through it. The site is designed for UX consulting inquiries from brands, startups, product teams, NGOs, and international clients.
Contact form information
When you submit the contact form, the details you provide are used to understand your inquiry and respond with a relevant next step. This may include your name, email, company or project, website or product link, service interest, timeline, budget stage, and message.
If you choose to share them, the form may also collect your desired business outcome and project stage so the reply can be more relevant to your UX review, usability testing, or product experience request.
Lead forwarding
The site can forward inquiries to a configured form, CRM, automation, or email workflow through a secure webhook. The project does not store a database of inquiries by default.
Why the information is used
Inquiry information is used to respond to your request, assess whether Viviane can help, prepare a relevant scope or next step, and manage reasonable business communication. The form is intentionally focused on project context rather than unnecessary personal details.
Project context
If you share a website, app, prototype, product, or customer journey link, it is reviewed only to understand the potential UX consulting fit and the type of support that may be useful.
International inquiries
Viviane works with Berlin, Amsterdam, Lisbon, Europe, and remote international projects. If a launch partner connects a third-party email, CRM, or automation provider, inquiry details may be processed by that provider according to its own security and privacy terms.
Analytics
Analytics are not required for the site to run. If analytics are added later, they should be used to understand site performance, improve the experience, and measure which pages or calls to action lead to useful inquiries.
Retention and deletion
Inquiry details should be kept only as long as needed to respond, manage the potential project, and maintain reasonable business records. You can request deletion of inquiry details by email.
Sensitive information
Please do not send passwords, private customer records, payment details, medical information, or confidential materials through the contact form. If sensitive review access is needed, a more appropriate sharing method can be agreed separately.
Your choices
You can ask what inquiry information is held, request a correction, or request deletion where appropriate. For client work that requires deeper product access, privacy and access expectations can be agreed before any review begins.
